Henning Memorial UMC possesses a warm and friendly fellowship of Christians from all walks of life.  This reality has been created in part because we practice the philosophy known as "Open Hearts, Open Minds, and Open Doors."  By "Open Hearts" we mean, as believers in Christ, we seek to express love towards those around us through our support and participation in local ministries. 

 

Our church family demonstrates the concept of "Open Minds" in a variety of ways.  Members at Henning Memorial enjoy learning from

one another in fellowship.  Learning opportunities for the whole family include several diverse adult small group studies, interactive youth programs, hands-on education outlets for elementary students, and nurturing programs for our toddlers and infants.

 

We consistently reveal an emphasis on "Open Doors" by inviting our friends, relatives, and the community to participate in our activities, ministries, and missions.  At our table, all are welcome.
