Wesleyan Wednesdays

John Wesley believed every Christian needed to be a part of a small group. In earlier years it was understood that to be Methodist was to also be a part of a small group to help you grow in your spiritual life.

Starting September 7th

On Wednesday evenings we offer several different small groups for all ages to help you grow in your relationship with Christ.

We kick off the evening with dinner provided by different groups in the church at 5:30 PM in Key Hall (nursery will be provided). If you would like to prepare a meal for 50 people, the sign-up sheets will be in the gallery and in all Sunday school classes.

The different groups will meet at 6:00 PM.

  • 1. The children's study, Learning God's Way by Pioneer Club, will be led by Peggy Williams and Kelly Gouldin
  • 2. The youth will have:
    • a) a high school boys group led by Danny Pruett
    • b) a high school girls group led by Sara White
    • c) a middle school girls group led by Olivia Pruett
    • d) a middle school boys group led by Jerry Dunn
  • 3. There will be a study on Mark led by David Williams
  • 4. A men's group led by various men studying Quiet Strength by Tony Dungy
  • 5. A women's group led by Mary Bounds and Miguel Covington studying Living Beyond Yourself by Beth Moore
  • 6. A Wonderful Wednesday Night Bible Study group led by Sherry Mansell will be studying Messianic Prophecies Fulfilled by Jesus Christ
  • We hope you and your entire family will join us for Wesleyan Wednesdays.
